The elbow is used to connect pipes at bends. It has different arm lengths and angles of rotation, which makes this pipeline element universal and irreplaceable. Elbows allow you to design and build pipeline systems with a complex branched structure that changes the direction of the pipeline in the horizontal and vertical planes at any angles, and also reduce the use of special compensation devices (starting and bellows compensators), since one or more elbows are sections of natural self-compensation of the pipeline.
By order, the plant TOO “Izoplus Central Asia” manufactures elbows of any angles and different construction lengths.

Note:
The steel part of the elbow can be made as a single bent pipe or welded with a sharply curved or sectional elbow. The wall thickness of steel sharply curved and sectional bends is accepted in accordance with GOST 17375-2001, GOST 30753-2001, standard series 5.903-13 by the thickness of the main pipe.
The standard sizes of manufactured bends are given in the table. At the customer’s request, bends can be manufactured with different angles α . It is possible to manufacture bends with increased shoulder lengths and wall thicknesses.
