For the first time in Kazakhstan, at the most modern plant, SMIT LLC, insulation of a pipe with a diameter of 1220 mm was produced

In February 2020, Smit Central Asia LLP successfully completed the first production of pipes in polyurethane foam insulation with a diameter of 1220 mm in a polyethylene and galvanized shell in Kazakhstan. The pipes were insulated as part of the project “South-Eastern residential area. Reconstruction of the M10 heating main with pumping station No. 5a, Karaganda”. The production volume was 1.1 km of pipe.

Delivery of products to the site is scheduled for April of this year.
